2x Parasyrphus?

Hello! These two flies I photographed already on May-04 (Ostwestfalen/Germany) at a flowering Crataegus hedge. They were reasoneably smaller (7 mm) than the also present Syrphus sp.. Do they belong to genus Parasyrphus? Thanks! First fly has black tarsi, so might be P nigritarsis. Second looks like P punctulatus.
