Only sure thing is that this male is from "pagana" group, and that has mostly pale thoracic hairs and black rings on t1-t2. |

I agree with Lukasz that this looks like C. scutellata. The head profile and colouration of mesothoracic pile fit that species. In C. pagana, the facial tubercle is not as swollen and in C. longula the thoracic hairs are darker. In C. soror the basoflagellomere is more reddish. |
