Anthomyiid? England, Sept=>Paregle audacula

Photographed in my garden (Suffolk, TM166450) on 15 Sept 2014 at about 17:30 on a Plumbago (Ceratostigma) flower. No specimen taken. I think it may be an Anthomyiid. Please help.

Thanks Johanna. How nice to have these photos of a live one. I know we usually need the specimen to be sure of an ID, but these beautiful creatures are so much nicer when they are alive and active amongst the flowers!

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
