Hello NakaRB, Wow! Nice photo of a very nice species. There are not many Cheilosia species with a broad head, like this one. Eyes haired, broad head, yellow antennae with black tip, hind tibia entirely yellow, and scutellum without bristles at the hind margin. All these features point to Cheiloisa nebulosa! A species which is presumably, for the development of its larvae, dependent on Centaurea sp. There are no pictures of this species in the gallery and very few available elsewhere on the web.
