ID help, please?

Could anyone throw any light on this fly I saw today on nettles on the edge of woodland. Around 10mm in length, I would guess. Any other information needed, please ask! I tried to take other angles, but it flew off!

This is a Tephritis species. John Smits probably knows more.

Looks like Tephritis neesii, which has larvae in Oxeye Daisy and related species (Leucanthemum), fairly common in UK.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
