Hello.

I took this photo of a hoverfly on angelica yesterday (location: Waterworks Corner, South Woodford, London, UK) and now I'm having much trouble identifying it.

From the abdominal markings I thought it might be a species of the genus Syrphus. Would it be Syrphus ribesii?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
