Dear forum, I rarely see such kind of syrphids in my garden. So far, I had just individuals, which rather looked like genus Xylota. But could this here now belong to genus Chalcosyrphus, e. g. Chalcosyrphus nemorum? Thanks in advance for taking a look at this.
