One doesn't see the crown pattern on the face.

More, the antennas are really weird...

Could it be something like Celonites abbreviatus?

It is a Sphecid wasp of the genus Ectemnius or Crabro.

from what I can see, a serious species recognition is not possible. It's a female, and only some males can be identified in a frontal view by characters on flagellum.
