Hi, I found this bumblebee mimic in the Botanical garden in Uppsala Sweden and wonder if anyone knows what it is. (Sorry for not showing the entire fly in the images, I haven't figured out a better way to fit them in to the 200Kb limit). Cheers, Malin Edited by Math on 09-05-2016 16:40 |

Hello Malin, Math wrote: Hi, I found this bumblebee mimic in the Botanical garden in Uppsala Sweden and wonder if anyone knows what it is. my non-expert opinion: Eristalis intricaria female; http://www.dipter...to_id=2193 (Sorry for not showing the entire fly in the images, I haven't figured out a better way to fit them in to the 200Kb limit). Try a stronger compression. I normally use JPEG, not PNG, and a JPEG quality of 70%. With this compression your first pic is only 15 KB big.
