reddish-brown fly with round shape wings => Thricops diaphanus

Hi, yesterday night I got a dead fly on my window sill.Its about 10mm in body length or 13 mm in full length with wings (measured).
South West Germany, Baden-Württemberg, region Heilbronn, close to Untergruppenbach, ~245m NN, 7.11.2015. Will attach 2 pics.
Who is able to help and get the ID? Many thanks in advance, Norbert

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
