 Sciomyzidae species?

I saw this rather small (5 mm) fly in Amstelveen, Holland, this afternoon. Its built is like that of Sciomyzidae. Is it in that family? Can anything more specific be said about its ID?

Thanks again Nikita. I saw that you went all the way to Turkey to see this fly - which is virtually in my back yard!  Are the colour differences geographic in nature?
