It looks like a Cheilosia (terrible genus!), in this case with hairy eyes, and recalls the one in http://www.dipter...d_id=74569. However, the antennae are brown, so, according to http://www.ncbi.n...MC3592267/, also C. barbata must be considered. And in http://zookeys.pe...hp?id=4052 45 Finnish Cheilosia species are listed, so I capitulate... |

Cheilosia is a difficult genus determine from photos. IF there are bristles on the scutellum THEN it fits well to Cheilosia velutina (flat face, reddish antenna, areas with white pile on tergites, partly yellow legs). |
