Lasiopa (Stratiomyidae), but without additional (more detailed) images it is not really possible to say which. The relatively short antennae suggest it is something else than L. villosa.

Sorry, BGmot, Paul said NOT villosa.
Moreover, there are several species around in southern Russia with which we in Europe have very little experience (I know from my Caucasus trips).
So I am afraid we'd need a collected specimen. In that case, I can help you out

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
