What group + family => Neuroptena: cf. Micromus sp. (Hemerobiidae)

Neuroptera, Hemerobiidae? I do not know what characters distinguish Chrysopidae. I am going by general appearance.

This specimen resembles the figure in Fraser's RES Handbook (1959) of Nathanica (now = Nothochrysa) capitata, so I think it's likely to be in Nothochrysinae (Chrysopidae).

I think that Nothochrysinae exist not in Finland.
