Dolichopus??

I classified this small fly (about 5 mm) as a Dolichopus, am I correct??
Photo taken at Las Chanas (Zamora) late september 2005 sheltered under the shade of a plum tree trunk.-
Cultivated/fruit fields.
Thanks for confirmation.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
