Hi Nikita, Sternite 8 is under normal conditions not visible because it is retracted in the abdomen! Furthermore the sternites are to be found at the undersite of the abdomen, so not visible in your picture. However it is a very nice picture again. Again my best guess would be Geomyza hackmani. To be sure you have to collect the specimen. If you ever collect any specimens (of all Opomyzidae for that matter) I am really interested in studying the material! It would be good for me to know if my guess is correct! Jan Willem |
