Small dark Chloropidae?

Location: Near Stockholm, Sweden
Date: 2007-SEP-01
Habitat: Park. See photo (#3) of flower

Chloropidae (or Drosophilidae or Milichiidae or ...)? The fat abdomen is dark over and brown under. Thanks for help with ID as far as it goes. I'm almost ashamed to show these photos when thinking of Blacks tiny masterpieces Pfft

Actually not, but maybe I should be doing that instead of wasting time on trying to attach a simple jpg to this stupid program .... Grin

Hmm, I had to save the file with another compression rate to get PHP-Fusion to swallow this attachment ... Shock

what was the type of file you used? And the compression rate?

File format was as usual jpg. At first I used compression rate 10 and got the error message "Attachment file type not allowed.". When re-compressing at rate 9 it worked. I recompressed because it didn't seem to make any difference how I named the file. I use PSP9.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
