Syrphidae: Neoascia ?

I found this hover fly in spring in Central Germany (grasslands with old apple trees).

I think it could be Neoascia, but I can not see if outer cross-veins are clouded or not.

location:
Central Germany, N-Hesse: vic. Kassel (Dönche NSG), ca. 180m asl., 04.05.2015

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
