Cecidomyiid from Lipara gall

Emerged sometime in 2016 from Lipara lucens galls collected 24 March 2016, Humber estuary foreshore, Winteringham, England. The specimen is in alcohol..

Just the family would be a help please, so I know whether to attempt an id.

I think it belongs to supertribe Lasiopteridi.

Thank you. Of the species listed in Fauna Ent Scand (see Tony Irwin's reply above), the only Lasiopteridi on the British list is Lasioptera arundinis. But I'm not sure that is strong enough evidence to say my specimen is L. arundinis.

It is not Lasioptera because vein R5 reaches to near wingtip.

Thanks. So it is likely to be a species not recorded previously from Lipara galls.
