Scelionidae?

Hi, I am not sure about the family of this insect. I think it is Scelionidae. Does anyone familiar with this insect? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers. Irwan

I'd say you are right. General build seems to agree. Platygastridae may have similar build but do not have this distinct wing venation.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
