Xysticus ID, please
treebeard
Banska Bystrica, 29.04.2018, field road, 500 m.a.s.l.

Quite a large specimen (larger than "normal" Xysticus sp.), it lacks apattern on abdomen typical for the most of Xysticus species.

Thank you in advance

Matej

I only id spiders by genitalia if they are not easily recognized. Xysticus are difficult and prone to error in judgement. Thus, i am just offering an opinion:

I think that Xysticus acerbus is a possibility.

Again, i have trouble identifying certain spiders by photo. I always id most Xysticus by genitalia.
