Slovakia, Banska Bystrica, 12.05.2018, open-canopy forest (both wet and dry). When taking the picture, I was thinking of Didysmachus picipes because of an overall dark look, but now I have noticed a row of bristles on the inner side of femora. I photographed also a male at the same day, however, some 500 metres from the site of the first picture (12.05.2018). It is not necessarily the same species.
