I am not sure, according the M.P.Veen key, your specimen looks almost like Chrysotoxum vernale/festivum as it has black margin of the abdoment. Only the tergite 4 seems to have yellow spots reaching the margin.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
