I photographed this fly in Susa Valley, Piedmont (Italy) at 1600 mt above sea level, on 14th August 2016. Is it identifiable?

I'd say it is female Thricops (nigrifrons)

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
