Not Lucilia, but Neomyia (Muscidae). Seems to be Neomyia cornicina female. Stephane. |

Hello, Neomyia are very similar to Lucilia in appearance because of the angular bent on vein M, but Neomyia have got shiny metallic green frons, occiput and genae (this last not visible on this picture, of course). In female, the frons is very wide, with broad orbitale plates. Hope that helps... Greetings. Stephane. |
