Mysterious Syrphidae - introduced species?

Hello. This one is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. does anyone know the genus or species?
It looks like the genus Pseudoscaeva, but I think it's not present in Argentina. So, may be an introduced species?

It could also be a species of Allograpta, but I'm not familiar with all the south american species....

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
