Oh! I was thinking about some species in tribe Pipizini (after checking the venation) but I'm unfamiliar with these species. :-( I'd rule out Cheilosia, but thanks anyway for having a look and giving your oppinion, Henrik. No, you're not silly, this is indeed a male Pipizella. But without specimen not to be identified to species.....
