Hi. I am struggling to distinguish between aquatic Rhagionidae vs Dolichopodidae larvae. Larvae collected in South Africa

The dorsal rods of the head capsule are inflated at the distal part, so I would say Dolicho-

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
