Hairy arista but strong bristle so certainely Scarcophagidae.
Does the yellow part of scutellum help to id ?

So I'm a little stupid and have just one book to id my fly Sad
And I m sure it is not a tachinidae, not an Anthomyiidae, not else sarcophagidae so as I'm a good player, I would say Muscidae and many of my Phaonia have apex of scutellum yellowish.
be lenient with me please, I ID fly just for one year and it is really difficult

I think it was Muscina but St?phane you said "Muscidae, Muscina (gently bent M + red tip of scutellum)." This one has a apex of scutellum yellowish Sad
I noted red or yellow allright ?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
