Night temp in Moscow region fall enought to freeze completly my pond. But to my grate estonishment Diptera are still active after midday. Even to get "model release" isn't easy! 7-9mm. Heleomyzidae?

Heleomyzidae for sure. Since there are only three postsutural dorsocentral setae this one is not Suillia. Jere |

If two katepisternal bristles (=sternopleural) are present that is a member of genus Schroederella End. Possibly Schr. iners (Meigen) Andrzej  |
