Looks for me rather Campsicnemus than Dolichopus.
Size and acting as C. scambus.
I even can't understand are dark wing resalt of light or low temp, or it is realy darkwinged Dolichopodidae.

C. curvipes - than wings is realy dark.
Female - than I have a male too (added).

Kahis
This male belongs to C. scambus. You can see the unique black, enlargened mid tibia even from this point of view.

There is some intraspecific variation of the wing colour in this genus.
