Hi, this seemed to me quite brown-red, so I would be happy to know if it may nevertheless be Scaeva pyrastri... :-) Found on Cichorium intybus on 29-June-2019 in Germany near Frankfurt/Main, floodplain forest of the river Rhine, Hesse, Nature Reserve Kühkopf Thanks and regards, Stella Edited by Stella M on 13-08-2019 20:42 |

Hello, yes, it is Scaeva pyrastri. P.S.: There is a Syrphidae subforum. Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |
