Hybotidae (?): Trichinomyia or Rhamphomyia (Empididae)?

I needed a long time searching this little (2,5-3 mm) animal among the Empididae and Hybotidae in the gallery - the one that mostly resembled it, was the last one of all... : Trichinomyia. Is that correct? Visited the light tonight in our garden (Ostwestfalen/Germany).
