Hi everyone, I have these pictures of a Syrphid fly I took in San Isidro, Buenos Aires, Argentina. It called my attention because it seems a wasp. I'd like to identify it at least at genre level. Thanks Diego Rosa Diego A. Rosa |

Possibly Ocyptamus (Mimocalla) bonariensis. The type locality is Buenos Aires and the species name apparently means "from Buenos Aires". Edited by John Carr on 30-11-2019 01:04 |
