i think it is not possible to say much more here. This fly is pretty common in Corylus avellana  I mean the genus of the fly. |

minutus and australominutus can be this pale on legs. Can you see a slight apico-ventral rim on the front tibia? Side of scutum looks very shiny in the photo and one would expect it to be a bit dulled in minutus (which has a rather clear median shining line on the scutum) cheers Adrian |

I think the mesonotum is too glossy over-all, especially in the dorsal view.

This one clearly has a pollinose mesonotum, but here I cannot distinguish the narrow, glossy, median strip...
