Tipulid with very short wings

Hello! This Tipulid with the size of a smaller Tipula rested on our house's wall (Ostwestfalen/Germany) yesterday. Its wings were very short. Is that a malformation or are there species with such brachypterid females? There are some brachypterous Tipulids, but I think this one's teneral (very recently hatched). |
