I think this is a Tipula (Tipula) sp. There are around 10 sp in Europe that look like this, have a wing with a strong brown foremargin but which are otherwise translucent.

Some species are found in spring, others are autumn species. A common late autumn species is (in Hunagry) T. (T.) subcunctans, but I do now know the situation elsewhere.

I agree with Gobor, this is a female of Tipula (Tipula) species. Two common species in your part of the world are T. paludosa and T. oleracea, but it would be difficult to id based on image.
