The tarsi say Tachina fera, the vertex T. magnicornis.
Genitalia would tell the real identity.

Hallo Kurt! I will say that this is a male of Tachina tetramera, due to data from Christer Bergström.

Both T.fera and T.tetramera are common species in Sweden.
