Thin abdomen fly - which Family?

Hello all,

First time i see this fly with a thin abdomen in my garden and I'm not even sure which Family it belongs. Any information about it is appreciated. Thanks.

Location: Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul near Argentina

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
