help please: what is this?

Sorry, but I do not have an idea where this fly belongs to.
Found today, 18.4.2020, near Vienna, Austria
Observed very territorial behaviour of this fly, chasing away several of the same species.

Any hints appreciated...

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
