 Orange fly : Pegomya ?

Hello I found this orange fly today in my garden. I expected something like Phaonia pallida at first sight but I realized that the veination and the chetotaxy is quite different. After a quick search, I found some species of the genus Pegomya that seem to be very close. For example, P. testacea (and P. prisca that isn't known in France) or P. vittigera.
