Oxyna parietina or flavipennis
wahlen
This I suspect are oxyna flavipennis or parietina
Anyone that can give me the answer?

Not flavipennis (no presutural dorsocentrals).
I think, I can see apical scutellar bristles, which makes it Oxyna parietina.

I'd say, O. nebulosa -- from the dark wing pattern and no presutural dorsocentral setae (and poorly visible single pair os the scutellar setae)

I used one of my own parietina-pictures to compare the wings, and the white arrow points to where I believe to see a crossed apical scutellar bristle.
But I must admit, that where I live we have only O. parietina, so I have no experience at all with O. nebulosa.

Ben, you may be right, the females of parietina may be darker. June in Sweden is early for nebulosa.

Thank you, and since Oxyna parietina seems to be the most common oxyna in Sweden I will name it that!
