Usually with this genus, it's down to the male genitalia to provide a name - a photo or a female is just Meromyza sp.

The darkened last tarsal segment may be limiting the number of species that it could be. Did you perhaps keep the specimen?

It is very similar to Meromyza eduardi (described from Poland and I think olny recorded from that country so far) except that the description of that species mentions that the last two tarsal segments are darkened and the photo illustrating the ocellar triangle gives the impression it is narrower in eduardi.
