Is ID possible? (Siphona?) 4-5mm, south Norway (Telemark) 19.7

Yes. And not geniculata. It has yellow basicosta, 4 post DC, ling antenna and strong marginals on syntergite 1&2.
So S. setosa comes to mind ( note the formulation).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
