Culicidae_Ochlerotatus rusticus (female) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 650 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 24. 07. 2020.

Not rusticus, which has unbanded tarsi and longer palps. This looks more like Aedes vexans
