Hello,

I found this beautiful colored fly on peppermint in my garden today. What species is it?
Germany, Saarland, Bexbach, 18.08.2020, Absolute Altitude 250 m

Aaah, then it's a female. So far I have only found males and they are much bigger

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
