Psychodidae ID please --> Clogmia albipunctata

ist there a chance to ID this Psychodidae,
it was about 3mm,

found in Germany, Northrhine-Westfalia, Recklinghausen, altitude 85m, 15. 9. 2020

The white dots are formed from white hairs that are easily rubbed off the wing edge. Your specimen is quite bald, and I think is just missing the hairs. I don't know whether there are other species that have this wing shape and the black marks in that position. Clogmia is the only common one I know, but the experts may say different.

Clogmia albipunctata for sure. Venation is OK for Clogmia, only C.tristis has to be excluded. There are traces of white dots in the left wing, two veins from midwing to the right.
