I think tribe Dexiini based on the resemblence to the New World genus Zelia. I can't tell if the arista is plumose.

lt looks surprisingly like a male Dexiomimops, however, the eye is bare, so it can't be.

Male Dexia, I suppose.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
