Is more ID possible?

perhaps Helina pertusa or Helina evecta?

this fly was about 6-8mm,

found in Germany, Northrhine-Westfalia, Recklinghausen, altitude 85m, 27. 8. 2020

we can't see the legs clearly, so it is tricky to get to Helina sp.?

we show crops from this fotos,

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
