please help to ID this fly.

was found in Germany, Northrhine-Westfalia, Recklinghausen, altitude 85m, 27. 8. 2020, about 4-6mm,
there was no waters around the place of finding.

Eutrichota schineri has very similar thoracic pattern

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
